How do you match the groups?
Groups are primarily curated via topic preference. We also use your profile info tie breaker.
Do I need to be an expert in the topic?
Not at all. You just need to speak from your own experience - the questions will help guide.
Are conversations hosted?
At every circle, we suggest a 'holder', To keep things on track. This is usually the person who has attended the most circles.
What makes the Resonate conversations 'deep?'
Conversations are guided by three questions, 'deep', 'deeper' and 'deepest' Which help the attendees open up and share. But conversations only go as deep as the group is willing to take them.
What if I don't feel comfortable sharing?
That's no problem, and you share what you're comfortable with at the time. Some attendees prefer just to listen.
Is this just for meeting new people or also seeing them again?
After every circle, you'll be asked if you want to add attendees as connections. If you do, you'll be alerted when those people RSVP to events in the future.
